How do my artist earnings work?

The artist gets paid 80% of the profit, while the founder gets paid the commmision of 20% plus 21% of VAT (on the commisson).

Here is an example to illustrate how this works:

Let’s take a product of $100.  20% commission = $20

So $100 – 20% = $80. Which means that vendors get paid $80.

The 21% VAT is calulated on the $20 (value-added tax that we return to the governement).

So $20 + 21% = $24.2

Artists earnings equal to $75.8.

Therefore this does not mean that commission turns out to be 41%. Rather the commission is only 20% on which we add the 21% VAT on top.
